A Gem
The Wallace was a delightful surprise. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. Everything was in good condition, and there was abundant storage space. Lighting options in the room were well thought out including a rare thing: a night light in the bathroom, and there were two working elevators. Staff at the front desk, in the lounge and at the door were all friendly and helpful. All of these positive attributes came with a very reasonable price tag, so we would absolutely stay here again when we return to NYC.
