While the staff were lovely, the room was quite dirty and dusty. The appliances were dirty, the hotel is quite dated and while the location was convenient with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, i felt like everything in the apartment needed a good wash.

Suite required maintenance as the bathroom door was squeaky and did not close properly, and many fixtures in the bathroom were loose. Otherwise the suite was well appointed and the location was very convenient to Chinatown, shopping areas and transport.

My elderly mother and I recently stayed a night in the Altitude suite, the view was amazing and we really appreciated the offer of early check in as we had arrived ahead of time. We found all the reception staff exceedingly friendly and helpful, could not have made a better choice, would definitely like to stay there again.
