Unorganized. Called and made sure they where aware the lounge was to be pulled out to a double bed… got there and it wasn’t done. Then I asked if they could do it, got back and they had moved a tiny single stow away bed into the room next to the double bed lounge that they DIDNT pull out. Heater didn’t work, took them all day to sort out. Brought in tiny panel heater. Unclear helping about parking ticket to validate

I can see the potential in this property once knocked down. The entire building moves noticeably. The cleaning was certainly below standard. The marketing photos have been enhanced and modified to portray a much more elegant property than what was presented. Very disappointed. If i could leave negative stars i would. Quite confused on standards considering its an OAKS managed site . 0/10

Good location. Three steps leading to bathroom very unsafe. The steps are too narrow and there is no hand rail. Accident waiting to happen. The room I was given was the furthest from the lift and the traffic noise was unbearable. Did not get much sleep at all.
