Great hotel overall. Comfy, clean bed and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Drink on arrival was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location for exploring Sydney. 2 min walk to circular quay railway station and ferry service, shops and restaurants / cafes. The only complaint was that the bathroom was quite small & dated and the grout in the shower looked grotty. Also we were given a room with a view of a crane outside the window which flashed a light constantly. However we weren't in the hotel long enough for this to be a real issue. Overall would stay again for the great location, comfy bed and breakfast!

Lovely, comfy bed. Very clean. Lovely staff. Bathroom was a little tired, could do with an update, grout in shower, seen better days. Other than that, great. Close to everything.

Fantastic location, very convenient to train, ferries, light rail etc, right on the harbour with heaps of restaurants close-by. The Rocks a very short walk away. Only issue at the moment is noisy out the back because of construction across the road (so request harbour view room).

We were greeted by friendly staff and were able to leave our bags with them as it was early in the morning after disembarking the ship. Our room was made ready soon after and returning to the motel we were greeted with complimentary chocolates and drinks.
